Non-toxic: Free from phthalates, heavy metals, and other harmful substances, compliant with environmental standards (e.g., SGS testing), suitable for long-term outdoor use.

High elasticity and cushioning: Shore hardness typically ranges from 60 to 80A, capable of absorbing over 70% of impact forces during movement, reducing knee and ankle injuries.

Weather resistance: Maintains stable performance within a temperature range of -30°C to +70°C, resists UV exposure without fading or cracking, and withstands rain and moisture erosion.

Structural characteristics

Suspended interlocking structure connected via locking mechanisms, with support feet or a cushioning layer at the bottom.

Gaps facilitate rapid drainage of accumulated water.

Absorbs impact vibrations and reduces noise transmission, suitable for outdoor community and school sports facilities.

Modular interlocking design allows single-person installation; a 200㎡ area can be completed within one day.

Installation Process

Cement or asphalt surfaces must be level (flatness ≤ 3mm/2m), dry, and free of oil stains;

Plan the laying direction according to floor dimensions, leaving expansion joints (5-10mm around the perimeter);

Start from one corner, snap together each panel using the locking mechanism, and secure with a rubber hammer;

Secure along walls with baseboards or trim to prevent shifting.
