The base layer incorporates a fibreglass mesh reinforcement structure, ensuring dimensional stability (shrinkage rate ≤0.4%).
The surface is covered with a 0.32-1.5mm wear layer, enhanced with UV curing for improved scratch resistance, achieving abrasion resistance up to 15,000 revolutions.

Employing industrial-grade UV printers to achieve high-precision patterns such as wood grain, stone textures, and geometric designs.
Heat Transfer Technology
Patterns are sublimated onto the PVC surface at high temperatures (180-230°C) from transfer paper, suitable for complex designs like metallic finishes and gradient colours. Heat transfer films typically employ a PET base film, 12-25μm thick, with a composite structure comprising release layer, ink layer, and hot-melt adhesive layer for durable adhesion.
Surface Layer:
Matte Surface
Employing quartz sand blended with PU coating or mechanical sandblasting to create micrometre-level textured structures. Achieves a friction coefficient of 0.75 (DIN 51130 R10 grade) when wet, effectively dispersing perspiration for enhanced slip resistance. Suitable for applications requiring high friction coefficients.

Leather-Like Surface
Formed via hot-pressing with embossing dies to replicate natural leather textures (e.g., lychee or crocodile grain). A nano-scale PU coating enhances suppleness, delivering a soft, comfortable underfoot feel. Suitable for prolonged standing environments.
