Homogeneous vinyl flooring features a uniform composition throughout its thickness, making it highly durable and resistant to wear. Ideal for high-traffic commercial environments requiring long-lasting performance.
The color and texture of the surface are completely uniform from base to base. Even with long-term wear, the underlying layer will not be exposed, and simple polishing can restore it to its original appearance. This structure gives it an extremely long service life (15-20 years) and strong durability, making it the material of choice in commercial and industrial fields.

Product Advantages
It achieves EN 649 Group T abrasion resistance, withstands high-frequency impact from hospital carts, shopping carts, and other equipment without permanent damage.
The high-density PVC material absorbs over 60% of impact force, reducing joint damage from prolonged standing.
The UV-treated surface inhibits the growth of microorganisms such as E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus, meeting the hygienic requirements of hospital operating rooms.
It is 100% recyclable, capable of over 10 cycles, and leaves zero environmental impact after disposal.
Seamless welding technology ensures that the seam strength matches the base material.
Applications
Medical, educational, public spaces, commercial and industrial environments (such as workshops and warehouses), airports, high-speed rail stations, ship deck cladding, RV and bus floors, etc.

Installation and Maintenance
Floor Pretreatment
Flatness: ≤2mm error using a 2-meter ruler. C30 fine stone concrete is recommended for leveling.
Humidity: Moisture content ≤6%, ambient temperature 15-30°C, humidity 30-70%.

Installation Procedure
Gluing: Use a special environmentally friendly glue, approximately 0.5-0.8kg per square meter, and roll to ensure a tight fit.
Seamless Welding: The groove depth should be 2/3 the flooring thickness. The welding rod should be of the same material as the base material. After welding, polish the flooring to a smooth surface.
Daily Maintenance
Cleaning: Use a neutral detergent (pH 7-9) with a soft brush. Avoid strong acids or bases.
Refurbishment: Polish every 3-5 years to restore gloss to at least 90%. Deep scratches can be repaired by welding.
