Millet Pattern PVC Sports Flooring is a flooring material specifically designed for multi-purpose sports venues, suitable for sports such as badminton, table tennis, and basketball.
Key Features
Millet Pattern features densely packed micro-grooves (depth 0.3–0.5 mm) and a textured surface resembling millet grains, significantly enhancing the coefficient of friction (μ ≥ 0.57). In wet conditions, the slip resistance degradation rate is only 5%.
The 1.22 cm thick PVC base material, combined with over 8,800 cylindrical support columns on the bottom, reduces friction-related injuries in the event of a fall.
The surface diffuses light, avoiding strong glare, reducing visual fatigue for athletes, and enhancing performance and safety.
Multi-layer composite structure: Typically consists of a wear-resistant layer (transparent pure PVC), a printed layer (pattern layer), a glass fibre reinforcement layer (stable and shrink-resistant), a foam cushioning layer (shock-absorbing and comfortable underfoot), and a base layer (balanced and moisture-resistant).
Suitable for various sports such as basketball, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, fitness, and dance.
