PVC Outdoor pickleball court flooring with PUR coating (feather pattern) is a high-performance sports flooring material designed for complex outdoor environments. Its core advantages lie in the combination of the protective properties of the PUR coating and the functional properties of the feather pattern.

Core Advantages

The PUR (polyurethane) coating, enhanced with UV absorbers and antioxidants, effectively blocks over 95% of UV radiation, preventing issues such as fading and brittleness caused by prolonged sun exposure.

It withstands extreme weather conditions including rain, snow, ice, and high temperatures (-20°C to 60°C), as verified by condensation and salt spray tests, with no bubbling, cracking, or corrosion on the surface.

The wear resistance of the PUR coating is 20% higher than that of ordinary PVC, enabling it to withstand high-frequency use.

Surface Pattern Technology

The feather-like texture mimics the streamlined design of feathers,  with densely distributed micro-grooves (depth 0.3–0.5 mm) on the surface, significantly enhancing the coefficient of friction (μ ≥ 0.6). Its anti-slip performance under wet conditions outperforms that of ordinary sandblasted textures.

The fine texture of the feather pattern ensures uniform rolling resistance for the ball, with a rebound height error of ≤2%, meeting the International Pickleball Association (USAPA) requirements for ball trajectory stability.

The feather pattern is combined with a 3-5mm thick PVC base material, providing moderate elasticity (Shore hardness above 90), reducing foot fatigue, and enhancing the sports experience.

Structure and customisation
