Outdoor-grade water-based acrylic resin is used as the base material, combined with high-purity quartz sand (for texture and abrasion resistance), UV stabilizers, anti-mildew agents, and inorganic pigments; solvent-free, low VOC, and environmentally compliant; must be applied to an asphalt or concrete base layer, and is a multi-layer coating system (primer/leveling → texture/elastic layer → color paint → abrasion-resistant topcoat).

Hard court acrylic (standard type):
Pure coating structure, no elastic underlay; low cost, high ball speed, suitable for competitive courts.
Elastic acrylic (comfort type):
Underlay with rubber granules/elastic layer; good shock absorption, soft feel, suitable for community, senior/youth courts.
Total hard court coating: 0.8–1.2 mm; elastic system: 3–4 mm (including elastic layer); coefficient of friction: 0.6–0.8 (dry and wet compliance), rebound uniformity meets ITF/USA Pickleball standards; temperature range: -20℃ to 50℃, UV resistant and colorfast.

Advantages
UV-stable formula, resistant to yellowing, fading, and chalking even after prolonged sun exposure; waterproof and dense, dries quickly after rain without water accumulation or bubbling; less prone to cracking in areas with large temperature differences.
Special surface texture provides strong grip in wet conditions, preventing slippage during sudden stops and changes of direction; stable ball rebound and controllable ball speed (texture fine-tuning), suitable for both competitive and recreational use.
Daily cleaning requires only rinsing with water/pressure water gun, and periodic topcoat application; lifespan: 7-8 years on hard courts, 8-10 years on elastic systems.
Available for standard Peak ball blue/green, or community-specific color schemes; accurate and durable lining.
Construction Process
Substrate Acceptance and Treatment: Asphalt/concrete completely dry (asphalt at least 14 days, concrete 28 days);
Repair cracks and level;
High-pressure water washing to remove oil and dust;
Primer sealing;
Elastic layer (optional) applied;
Textured layer + 2-3 coats of color paint;
Abrasion-resistant topcoat;
Precise line marking;
Cure and maintain; premature use is prohibited.
Material Comparison
Compared to PVC pickleball court flooring (roll): Stronger outdoor weather resistance, less prone to blistering, and lower cost; however, slightly less elastic.
