In high-traffic environments such as commercial spaces, public venues, and educational institutions, flooring materials must withstand continuous foot traffic, equipment dragging, stains, and environmental damage. Therefore, Vinyl flooring, through its pure PVC base material and improved manufacturing processes, offers significantly higher strength than ordinary flooring in the commercial sector.

For high-traffic public areas, commercial flooring should meet these requirements:
Extremely high abrasion resistance, able to withstand long-term, high-frequency foot traffic without wear;
Strong impact resistance, effectively cushioning the impact of falling objects and collisions with people, preventing breakage;
Excellent stain and corrosion resistance, resisting various common stains and chemical cleaning agents;
Good dimensional stability, preventing bulging, shrinkage, and cracking caused by temperature and humidity changes;
Easy cleaning and maintenance, adapting to the efficient operation and maintenance needs of high-traffic environments, requiring no complex upkeep.
Its core advantage lies in its "uniform material and consistent color." The same PVC formula and color are used from the surface to the bottom layer, with no layering structure. Even if the surface wears down, there will be no color difference, and its lifespan far exceeds that of ordinary multi-layer composite vinyl flooring.
Structurally and in terms of manufacturing process, homogeneous vinyl flooring uses high-density PVC resin as its core raw material, adding nano-level anti-aging agents, plasticizers, and wear-resistant particles. It is then high-temperature calendered and cured, with a thickness typically ranging from 2.0 to 4.0 mm. The wear-resistant surface layer accounts for ≥30%. High-end products additionally add a PUR (polyurethane) surface coating, treated with UV laser cross-linking technology, further enhancing stain resistance, wear resistance, and ease of cleaning, requiring no waxing maintenance.
It can resist stubborn stains such as oil, juice, disinfectant, and hair dye, leaving no residue after wiping; its temperature resistance range is -10℃ to 60℃, and its dimensional stability is ≤0.3% (tested at 70℃ for 24 hours). Applicable Scenarios: Shopping mall corridors, supermarket entrances, hospital wards and corridors, school teaching building corridors, airport waiting halls, industrial workshops, and other heavy-duty, high-traffic scenarios requiring stain resistance and antibacterial properties.
A high-traffic-specific material that balances durability and aesthetics, employing a multi-layer composite structure. Its core advantage lies in its ability to accurately replicate the textures of natural materials such as wood, stone, and marble, offering a far superior aesthetic appeal compared to similar through-core flooring. Simultaneously, through structural optimization, it possesses excellent wear resistance and impact resistance, making it suitable for high-traffic scenarios where both aesthetics and durability are crucial.
Structure:
PUR wear-resistant coating (0.1-0.2mm), transparent wear-resistant layer (0.3-0.5mm, made of high-purity PVC material with added wear-resistant particles), high-definition printing layer (0.1mm, replicating natural textures), PVC substrate layer (1.5-2.5mm, high-density PVC resin + fiberglass stabilizing layer), moisture-proof backing layer (0.1mm, PE moisture-proof film).
Suitable Scenarios: Office building lobbies and corridors, high-end shopping mall counters, hotel lobbies, gyms, high-end kindergartens, and other high-traffic areas where aesthetic appeal is crucial.

With its core advantage of a "stone plastic substrate," it is the optimal choice for high-humidity, high-traffic environments. The substrate is made from a scientifically proportioned mixture of PVC resin and natural stone powder (calcium carbonate), extruded at high temperatures. It contains no plasticizers, resulting in a hard, high-density material with excellent moisture resistance, fire resistance, and deformation resistance. It also boasts outstanding wear resistance, making it suitable for high-traffic environments in humid conditions.
The core structure features a "click-lock splicing design," employing precise male and female interlocking mechanisms. After splicing, the gap is ≤0.1mm, requiring no glue for fixing. This type of flooring is frequently used in the furniture and decoration industry to replace solid wood flooring, reducing costs while offering better maintenance.
Vinyl Sheet flooring, with its core advantage of "seamless splicing over large areas," is the preferred choice for large-area, high-traffic scenarios such as shopping malls, hospitals, and schools. Produced in roll form, its width is typically 1.5-2.0m, with customizable lengths. Seamless splicing is achieved through a heat-welding process, resulting in a smooth, flat surface without gaps for stains or water accumulation. It is easy to clean, mold-resistant, and offers strong overall integrity, effectively dispersing the impact of frequent foot traffic and preventing excessive wear in certain areas. It is suitable for large-area, high-traffic applications.
Our High Traffic Vinyl Flooring:

Sheet vinyl flooring comes in two materials: homogeneous core and multi-layer composite. Homogeneous core vinyl flooring offers superior wear resistance, making it suitable for heavy-duty, large-area applications; multi-layer composite vinyl flooring offers better aesthetics, making it suitable for large-area applications where aesthetics are paramount. The surface layers all feature a wear-resistant layer and a PUR coating, offering outstanding stain resistance, abrasion resistance, and impact resistance. Different thicknesses (2.0-4.0mm) and material types are available to suit various high-traffic scenarios.
In short, while all flooring uses Vinyl material, different additives and modifications allow for the creation of various types of commercial flooring, thus meeting the specific needs of commercial spaces. As a manufacturer of Vinyl commercial flooring, we offer free samples and can develop customized solutions to create a professional commercial flooring system tailored to your needs.
