The Big Fabric Pattern is a surface treatment process in PVC table tennis flooring inspired by the “textured fabric pattern” design concept. It is created through mold pressing to form alternating raised and recessed patterns with a spacing of 0.5-1mm and a depth of 0.3-0.6mm. Each inch contains 20-30 intersecting lines, resulting in a granular texture reminiscent of coarse linen fabric.

High-contrast texture structure: The texture spacing is larger than that of fine fabric or small weave patterns, creating more pronounced surface friction points. The dry friction coefficient can reach 0.8-1.0, and remains at 0.6-0.7 in wet conditions.
Composite structure design: Commonly found in professional flooring with a thickness of 5.0mm or more, the surface layer features a 1.5mm pure PVC wear-resistant layer combined with a honeycomb-patterned back texture, optimized for enhanced traction through texture depth.
