Table tennis flooring has a built-in fiberglass mesh + polyester reinforcement layer. The Fabric Pattern is usually a fine, uniformly distributed bumpy structure with a depth of 0.3-0.5mm, containing 30-50 parallel or crossed lines per inch, creating a fine texture similar to that of a scrim. The design is achieved through a mold embossing or screen printing process, with some high-end products adding a polyester mesh layer underneath the abrasion-resistant layer to enhance surface stability and resistance to deformation.

1. The concave-convex structure can effectively increase the friction between the sole and the ground, and the coefficient of friction can reach 0.6-0.8 in the dry state, and still maintains a safe value of 0.4-0.6 in the wet state. The direction of the grain has been optimized to meet the mechanical requirements of stopping, sliding and turning in table tennis.

2. Equipped with a closed PVC foam cushioning layer with a shock absorption rate of 30%-50%, which can convert single-point impact into surface vibration and reduce joint pressure.

3.100% pure PVC wear-resistant layer, after anti-aging treatment, the wear-resistant rpm can reach more than 1000r, with a service life of up to 15 years.
