Design Principles
Using precision embossing technology, the PVC surface replicates the fiber pattern of paper, creating a micron-level raised and recessed structure with a pattern similar to sandpaper, effectively dispersing vertical pressure during movement.
General PVC Floor Structure Layers:
Wear-resistant layer: 1.2–1.5 mm thick, containing crystal sand particles, with a surface coefficient of friction (COF) ≥0.6 (wet state test standard).
Stabilization layer: Double-layer glass fiber mesh fabric to prevent floor deformation and enhance dimensional stability.
Cushioning layer: 2-3mm expanded PVC with shock absorption rates of 30%-50% to reduce sports injuries.
